Customers First - Online Support Program
To ease up the online support process we introduce a service card system, where you pay for a number of online-support hours in advance. After each service call, we will inform you have many hours was used and how many you have left. For your information we charge on a ½-hour basis. With such a system we avoid raising PO’s and sending individual invoices after each service call which a tedious task for you and us.
10 Hour service card. With this service card we offer a 5% discount on our hourly rate for our service engineers.
20 Hour service card. With this service card we offer a 10% discount on our hourly rate for our service engineers.
Nodi Online Support
Connect the network plug to the Internet, the plug is normally located by the electrical cupboard behind a high machine door.
When the connection is made and an internet connection can be made, click the “Nodi Quick Support” icon on the desktop, wait for “Ready to connect”.
Before you connect please call us or e-mail to be sure someone is ready to support you.

You need to provide the ID number to Nodi.
The support client is a small TeamViewer program which connects to Nodi and lets us help you by giving us access to your desktop. Nodi A/S might need to charge hourly for remote support, you are always welcome to ask us for support and prices.
